Terms and Return Policy

Terms and Condition for placing orders through CKey Cosmetics.

Please read these terms carefully before you complete a purchase from our online store.

 We are committed to providing quality products and customer service to our customers. It is our hope that you are pleased with your purchase(s), and we do realize that there are some exceptions.

 Should a need arise for you to return your product, please review our terms.


• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return, so please return the items in a prepaid envelope as soon as possible.
• Please include a note detailing the reason for the return.


• Please mail your products to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise, in which case you will be sent replacement products at equal value (if in stock) or a refund. 
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased at CKey Cosmetics.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from CKey Cosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on CKey Cosmetics.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase. 
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange with a copy of your digital receipt. Send an email to info@ckeycosmetics.com of the item you wish to exchange. 
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you for further information. 
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. 
• Ship your exchange to us via a pre-paid package:

Please Note:  Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you must contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. In the event that you have a damaged item, please send a picture of the damaged item to info@ckeycosmetics.com and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
